Accounts & plans

Locimens uses a single website account for billing and desktop access.

Plans

Typical tiers (names can vary by promotion):

  • Beginner — Free desktop access with demo-oriented MT5 limits
  • Pro / Pro Max / Ultra — Live MT5 capacity, broader agent features, and higher support levels per plan

Exact limits (devices, live MT5 accounts, marketplace access) appear on Pricing and on Accounts after sign-in.

One desktop app

All plans download the same Locimens desktop installer. Entitlements (demo vs live MT5, device count, agents, marketplace products) unlock inside the app after sign-in — there is no separate “Light” desktop build.

Which mailbox EA you can install (for example Demo / Light EA vs PRO) still depends on your plan and purchases. See EA license & demo limits.

Billing

  • Subscriptions and marketplace purchases are managed through Stripe on Accounts.
  • Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • See Terms for refund and billing policy.

Tip

Always use the same email on the website and in the desktop app so entitlements sync correctly.
