Install the Locimens EA

Get the EA

1. Sign in to Locimens desktop with an eligible plan.
2. Open Marketplace.
3. Install the Locimens mailbox / PRO or Demo EA offered for your entitlement.

Installation places compiled .ex5 files into your MT5 Experts tree (typically under an Experts/Locimens folder).

Point Locimens at Experts (if needed)

If auto-detection misses your terminal data folder:

1. Open Settings → MT5.
2. Set the path to your MT5 Experts (or terminal data) folder.
3. Save and retry Marketplace install or refresh.

Attach to a chart

1. In MT5 Navigator, find the Locimens EA under Experts.
2. Drag it onto the chart and symbol you want the bridge to watch.
3. Enable Allow Algo Trading in MT5 and on the EA inputs if prompted.
4. Confirm the EA shows as running (smiley / active) on the chart.

Tips

• Attach to the symbol you actually trade or monitor.
• Keep MT5 running while Locimens expects live data.
• After reinstalling MT5, reinstall or re-copy the EA and re-attach.
