Website sign-in
Locimens marketing and account pages use Google sign-in. Create or open your account from the Sign in control on this site, then manage billing on Accounts.
Desktop sign-in
- Open the desktop app.
- Sign in with the same Google account.
- Wait for entitlements to load (plan, marketplace licenses, device registration).
Desktop link / pairing
Some flows show a pairing code page after you approve the device in the browser. Complete the prompt so the desktop session is trusted for that machine.
Common issues
- Wrong account — sign out on desktop and website, then sign in with the matching email.
- Entitlements stale — sign out/in on desktop after a purchase.
- Device limit — remove an unused device from your account, then retry.
